For tool developers

A code looks like BO1C.<data>.<check> or BO1U.<data>.<check>. Split on the dots. data is base64url. For BO1C inflate it as raw deflate, for BO1U it is plain UTF-8. The result is JSON. check is the FNV-1a 32-bit hash of the data string in lowercase hex, 8 digits.

Only ticked stats are included. Ratios and accuracy can be decimals. Values with more than 15 digits are strings.
